IPM highly commended for service at Moneyfacts awards
Earlier this year, you may recall that IPM were shortlisted in four categories at the Investment Life and Pensions Moneyfacts Awards.
While it was not possible to hold a red carpet event this year, Moneyfacts announced the award winners in multiple categories in a special online event earlier this month – and we’re thrilled to report that IPM were ‘highly commended’ in the Service Beyond the Call of Duty category.
Recognising the best of the best in financial services
Each year, the Investment Life and Pensions Moneyfacts Awards showcase the industry leaders in a range of categories. From investment trusts to tax and estate planning, the awards highlight the great work being done in the financial sector.
Thanks to all your feedback and nominations, and research from Moneyfacts, our high level of client service was recognised with this commendation.
What makes this so pleasing is that this category didn’t just feature SIPP and pension providers – it included the entire sector. So, across all the protection, investment and pension providers in the UK, Moneyfacts recognised our service as among the best in the whole sector.
Commenting on the commendation and five-star rating, David Sutcliffe, Managing Director of IPM said: “We’re delighted to have been highly commended by Moneyfacts for going ‘beyond the call of duty’. The recognition that we offer some of the best service in the financial sector is thrilling, and testament to the exceptional work of the entire IPM team.
“We remain committed to offering advisers and their clients a cost-effective and flexible SIPP, supported by excellent service. We are delighted that our efforts have been recognised by Moneyfacts.”
Five-star service
This commendation for service reinforces our commitment to quality, which has already been recognised by Moneyfacts in the form of their prestigious five-star rating.
The Moneyfacts Annual SIPP & SSAS Star Ratings showcase the most complete products, highlighting those with the most features and competitive charges.
The products that are awarded four or five-star ratings offer the most comprehensive range of standout features, that set them apart from the rest of the market.
